Program Application
Each student needs to complete the Non-degree-seeking Student Application online at the Graduate and Outreach Programs website. There are two ways to apply for the gifted education endorsement coursework. First, If you intend to take all of the gifted education coursework toward the endorsement, you will pay a one time fee of $45 to register for the gifted education endorsement series only once, at the time of the first course. When you apply for subsequent courses in the endorsement sequence, you will be provided a course registration form, but you will not have to apply for non-degree seeding status again. Second, if you are registering for one or more individual courses, you will pay $15 each semester and have to reapply for the program each semester that you are enrolling in a course.
Regardless of whether you apply for the endorsement series or an individual course, you will also need to complete the Application for In-state Tuition Rates. If you do not complete these forms in their entirety, you will not get registered for the course.
Before completing the requisite application materials, students must locate the course number, title, and section. This information is located on the Graduate and Outreach Programs website under current credit course offerings.
